LOVE IS A GIFT

Your hand touching mine brings a tear to my eye
Your smile makes a rainbow appear
Your heart is as big as the ocean is wide
And you always seem to know how I feel

Love is a gift to be handled with care
Respecting each other and willing to share
Honest and trusting, giving your best
Forgiveness in everything,at night before rest

You gave me your heart and your love and your hand
Together we'll make a life in God's holy plan
With family to bless us and love in our hearts
Hand in hand we will walk through the light and the dark
